"We believe that with robust resources, fearless talent and creative collaborations, we all have the power within to change the world. Our woman owned and operated firm is built on the idea that a nurturing, vulnerable and supportive environment will attract and develop team members who are loyal, motivated and passionate about their work and clients. The Kannico culture is a powerful catalyst for doing things a little differently. Built into this philosophy is the idea that all of our roles are commute optional; our team will always have plenty of time for fitness, rest and family; and that education is continuous through rich professional development opportunities. Our caring, integrity and empathy permeates everything we do. "
